The special thing about is how you managed to capture so much atmosphere, emotion and coziness in this! It is so incredibly enjoyable looking at this picture, it has something really lovely to it.
The color scheme is wonderful and I especially like the highlighting on the trees. The sky is wonderful too, I like how you worked with yellow although it's a night scene, not everyone does that.
Torrie's expression is very lively and adorable and you did a great job on the eyes! Also the flow of her hair in the wind looks great. Mmm-mm, the shading is excellent too!
On the critical side, I think that the horizon is very...abrupt?? AHH, I fail at expressing myself. What i mean ist that you could add some more hills in the background maybe, just in another blue tone, appearing vaguely...know what I'm saying? I'd understand if you don't, haha.
Also, to make the snow even more interesting you could maybe add footprints or other "imperfections".
Overall, wonderful picture and great improvement!
