Digital Art / Drawings / Animals

SO my summer is over and it hadn't turned out the way I expected at all. 8V I wanted to make lots of art and go to the beach, but instead I had lots of english homework and actual...work. In a strange turn of events, I obtained a summer job. I also worked on a Twilight Princess themed acrylic painting commission (and a Yoshi themed one) so that was fun! It's good to put down the tablet every once in a while. ;w;

School started 2 days ago (*fart noise*) but its pretty fun so far, I have a nice semester all lined up. I'm taking Art, Leadership (YAY! I CAN WORK ON MY TERRIBLE TIME MANAGEMENT!) , Media Studies, and Tech (basically we just watch movies and animate and edit videos lol)
The semester seems really light and enjoyable so I'm going to use this time to work on my art some more! I've been doing a lot of realism and animal studies in my sketch books if you guys care to see >o>

AND UM this is for ~PepperStepper because I still haven't scanned her sketch page (i'm such a turd) (durr, what is a scanner). SERIOUSLY THOUGH we got a new scanner and I'm absolutely clueless but I WILL TRY FOR U
I've been trying to work on my shading a little, and this thing is sloppy sloppy sloppy BUT I HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT

Is media studies like economics/news and things or more like digital media as an art sense?

I'm taking digital media (we did all adobe suites last year and this year we're doing css, javascript, html, etc.) and I'm also taking cinema! Which means we're watching movies and editing videos! Sounds like in that area, we're doing similar things? c:

This is really different and I really like it. It just looks very folksy.
Definitely the guitar and pose add to that fact ahaha!

Your digital media and cinema sounds a lot like my ComTech class. :'D
My media studies has a lot to do with advertising, celebrities, music and broadcasting, and overall having a deeper understanding of why media does the things it does?? (if that made sense??)

Next year I'm allowed to take 'film studies' though, so that's a lot of filimg and editing videos. :3

I also adore the way you made her body, how it's so stubby?? Like I know that's red panda anatomy, but the pose you put her in and everything is just so perfect for her. This is going straight on my wall and in my inspiration book
